Community Giveback Announcement: $100 for Building Materials from Philly Reclaim for Home Improvement Projects While On Coronavirus Lockdown

We’re going to get through this together.
A lot of us feel helpless right now. There’s a lot going on in the world at the moment that we can’t control, but we’re going to focus on what we can. Philly Reclaim is giving away a $100 coupon to ANYONE AND EVERYONE who claims it. Really! $100 in store credit. This is tens of thousands of dollars of value in building materials for homeowners, for business owners, for real estate developers, for kids, for people from Philadelphia or elsewhere… for whoever needs it.

Here is the link: https://bit.ly/2UkmPBY

We have lumber, brick, tile, doors, windows, chairs, desks, tables, paint, toilets, sinks, lights, marble, dishware, vintage goods, antiques, etc. Anything you could find in an old building!

Everything except for our consignment partners’ items will be eligible for this coupon’s use, and anyone who has been to Philly Reclaim before knows $100 here can get you quite a lot!

To us, our inventory is architectural treasure, but it’s only stuff, and what matters to us is doing what we can for our community with what we have right now.

If we get cleaned out we’ll use the opportunity to organize the warehouse, and then we’ll solicit more building material donations, but currently our new location is positively overflowing with donations.

We plan to be open 7 days a week at our new location in Tacony for the foreseeable future as an essential business. 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday & Sunday. Our address is 5200 Unruh Avenue, Section J, Philadelphia PA 19135.

Fair warning: our new location is a hidden gem, so we can be hard to find. Please call 267-831-3124 if you can’t locate us.

We’re following all safety precautions, wiping everything down as often as possible, and there’s plenty of room in our 20,000 square foot warehouse to maintain safe social distances.

Come on by. Pick out some building materials to fix up your house or decorate. Use this time to invest in your home with your family. Teach your kids some home improvement skills. Be productive while you stay safe inside. We want our community to have what they need to get through this.

Times like these are what we’re here for.
